Understanding Executive Profiles
Every Admin understands that there is a set of information about their Executives that must be readily available at all times. In Cabinet, you can store loyalty numbers, login information, birthdays, travel preferences, scheduling preferences, favorite restaurants, and much more.
To add information into your Executive Profiles
Click on your Executive’s name in the navigation bar on the left.
Under the Notes section, select a standard category, such as Travel, or create your own category.
To create your own category, select the + icon on the bottom right corner of the Notes section.
Within a category, select Create your first card in the center or Add Card in the top right corner.
Enter a Title and General Notes.
If you’d like to customize the fields, select Add Field.
