Similarly to granting delegate access to a calendar, Zoom allows their users to grant Scheduling Privileges to their colleagues. Scheduling Privilege gives Cabinet users the ability to map each Teammate to their individual Zoom account; eliminating the need to update a conferencing link manually or log in and out of multiple Zoom accounts.
Scheduling Privileges must be granted within the Teammates Zoom Profile. You can not grant access to yourself.
