Reusable Meetings

Reusable Meetings are scheduling templates designed for meetings you set up repeatedly. They help save time, create consistency, and streamline the booking experience.

With Reusable Meetings, you can:

  • Reuse the same scheduling link multiple times

  • Customize meeting titles and descriptions

  • Offer recurring availability windows

  • Automatically show only free calendar times

  • Track booking history in one place

Common Use Cases

  • One-on-ones

  • Performance reviews

  • Office hours

  • Candidate interviews

  • Coffee chats

  • Backup scheduling while an EA is out of office

How It Works

To create a Reusable Meeting:

  1. Go to the Scheduling tab

  2. Click Create β†’ Reusable Meeting

  3. Add a meeting title, duration, and availability

  4. Share the generated link

Recipients can select a time, enter their information, and automatically receive a calendar invite.

You can deactivate a Reusable Meeting at any time while still keeping a history of past bookings.
